Year end report card

This year has been a very fun year in gym class. It's been very interesting getting a concussion and all. But my fitness level has defiantly improved since last year but its stayed around the same this year. Last year I was at about a 9.5 on the beep test and this year I'm in between a 10 and 10.5 which is good for me. I've improved my eating habits by eating more fruit and not eating as much. Every once in a while I'll run on the treadmill or do some push ups and sit ups. I've started to put a lot more effort in to fitness and gym class. I always try for better or the same nothing less when we are doing beep test, community run, or 30 minute run. I will sometimes show leader ship but I'm not good at being a leader. I always show up to class with gym strip except for a few classes but I try my best to bring it. I've always been red and have been sweaty by the end of every class. I'm going to push my self to try my hardest like I did this year hopefully I can get better on fitness days I'd be impressed with myself. This year has made me want to change in my every day life by running more and maybe going to the gym every once in a while also to start working out more and eating a lot healthier. I think I deserve a A.

Midterm #3 Jared Fiset

I've had a great year in P.E. it's been lots of fun. I've stayed around the same fitness level throughout the year. I kind of went down last report because I wasn't here and had to sit out for a few classes. I've brought my self back up by pushing myself in class and running over spring break. I am going to proceed pushing myself the rest of the year and I am going to start running everyday after school. I think I deserve a B.

Semester 2 interm

In the first 3 months of the semester I haven't been here much I've been sick and going to the dentist for my braces and now I have a concussion so for this week I won't be able to do gym. When I have been here I try my hardest and do my best. I think I deserve a an S.

Jared Fiset

During PE this year I have shown I am prepared and ready to participate by bringing my PE strip every day but a few and showing up to class on time and ready and/or wanting to do whatever activity we are doing. I participate at my best on fitness days and most regular days because I think PE and fitness are good for you. I struggle on days that I don't have PE strip because its harder to run in jeans and I also struggle when I'm really tired or sick.

I contribute by trying to get other people to try more during fitness if their not or just in regular PE classes. I bring a positive attitude to classes. I interact well with other students

During Fitness I have pushed myself to my max in all the fitnesses we do even if I have forgotten my strip I still push my self on those days. I enjoy doing insanity and pond run. I want to get to a higher level on the beep test and I also want to start running more.

Leadership means to motivate the class and stand out of everyone in the class.

I would like to not forget my PE strip again and participate at a bit of a better level

I think I deserve a B
